Boulder Valley Automotive makes it easy to take care of my car while being a full-time student who works. Darren at the front desk is very kind and always communicates clearly and effectively with me. I am so grateful for the service I have received over the years.

Boulder Valley Autocare did a phenomenal job on my vehicle maintenance. They are caring and do a wonderful job making sure everything is secure and working order. I had been having an issue with my vehicle for a few years, and had my trust broken with some other shops. Boulder Valley autocare went above and beyond in fixing my issue, and even gave me a student discount! They?re the best! Thank you boulder valley auto!

These guys are the best! I?ve been coming to them for almost a decade now and they?ve always been friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I appreciate that they let me know what work absolutely needs done and what can be postponed. This makes it so much easier to budget out those bigger expenses without while still taking care of my car. They?re an absolute pleasure to work with!

Over many years of expert service we have been treated with honesty, consideration and integrity by all at BVA. It really seems to matter to everyone there that our vehicle is well cared for and that we are provided with good information. Darren is exceptionally patient and helpful as an advisor.

Best experience ever! Darren took such great care of us, fixed my son?s car and alerted us to future repairs that don?t need fixing yet. It?s possible the car?s useful life will come to an end before the part goes bad. Honesty and Integrity in car repair!

Never coming back. My air filter housing allegedly had been zip-tied on before I bought the car, but after I bought it, I immediately went to BVA to have it assessed and get an oil change. Darren was quick to point out all the things that a 20-year-old car had wrong with it. Despite the fact that I requested spark plugs being changed and an oil/oil filter and air filter change, not one word was mentioned about the zip-tied housing. I specifically remember commenting on how I could've done the air-filter replacement myself because it's literally 4 clamps to get the housing off. Not one mention of a problem. The only reason I know about it is because after a recent service appointment at BVA the air-filter housing was dangling over the engine because it wasn't re-attached properly using the zip-ties or actually letting me know it was damaged so I could get a new housing or clips. The housing easily could've fallen into engine and this was the 2nd time BVA worked around the zip-tie issue (I never would've left it this way if I would've known). So BVA is either incompetent or you're lying about BVA breaking the clips; either way, you've lost my business, and I am telling anyone who will listen what a joke this business is. Also, I don't even know if my spark plugs were replaced because after my last appointment, Darren said that they were worn and needed to be replaced, but when I asked him about it, he said it must've been a mistake that it was under the suggested next steps. What wasn't on suggested next steps, EVER, was mention of a damaged air filter housing. Darren's excuse when I called him was that there was'so much wrong' that he didn't mention it. COMPLETE BS.
